All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our crystal and mineral offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review descriptions, photos, measurements, and weights carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Responsibility
Once your order ships from our hands, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure safe delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including but not limited to porch theft or carrier errors.
Delivery Considerations
If package theft or delivery issues are common in your area, we strongly recommend:
- Shipping to a secure location (workplace, trusted friend, or family member)
- Using a carrier hold and picking up directly from the shipping provider
- Selecting delivery options that best suit your schedule and location
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete and fulfilled.

Our crystals and minerals are one-of-a-kind pieces, many from decades-old inventory that cannot be replaced. We lovingly photograph, measure, weigh, and describe each item so you know exactly what you’re receiving. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.
Once your package leaves our hands and ships, responsibility transfers to you.
