All Sales Are Final 

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our crystal and mineral offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review descriptions, photos, measurements, and weights carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Responsibility 

Once your order ships from our hands, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer. 

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure safe delivery. 
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including but not limited to porch theft or carrier errors. 

Delivery Considerations 

If package theft or delivery issues are common in your area, we strongly recommend: 

  • Shipping to a secure location (workplace, trusted friend, or family member) 
  • Using a carrier hold and picking up directly from the shipping provider 
  • Selecting delivery options that best suit your schedule and location 

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete and fulfilled.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies in full.

Our crystals and minerals are one-of-a-kind pieces, many from decades-old inventory that cannot be replaced. We lovingly photograph, measure, weigh, and describe each item so you know exactly what you’re receiving. Please review all details carefully before purchasing. 

When does my order become my responsibility?

Once your package leaves our hands and ships, responsibility transfers to you. 

We will always provide a tracking number, and from that point forward, the carrier is responsible for delivery. 

What if my package is lost, stolen, or says "delivered" but I don't see it?

 While we completely understand how frustrating this can be, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including those stolen from porches. 

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. 

I live in an area with porch pirates - what do you recommend?

 We highly recommend choosing a secure delivery option, such as: 

  • Shipping to a trusted friend, family member, or workplace 
  • Requesting a hold at the carrier’s location for pickup 
  • Using delivery options that align with your schedule 

These small steps can make a big difference in ensuring your crystal arrives safely. 

Will you help if there's a shipping issue?

We’re always happy to provide your tracking information and point you in the right direction. Any delivery claims or follow-ups must be handled directly with the shipping carrier you have chosen.

Why are these policies so firm?

Each crystal is unique, energetically special, and carefully curated. Once it leaves our care, we want both you and the piece protected through thoughtful delivery choices.
