Orders are processed in the order they’re received. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your package is on the way. We currently ship within the United States.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Swanzey, New Hampshire.
How long does processing take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
How are crystals packaged?
We use protective wrapping and cushioning to help keep your pieces safe in transit, and we prioritize recyclable/eco-conscious materials when possible.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan updates. If it’s been longer, please reach out via our contact page and we’ll help.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to feel confident ordering story-rich pieces online.
What’s your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
What items are eligible?
Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because each crystal is one-of-a-kind, we typically process returns rather than direct exchanges. You’re welcome to place a new order for a different piece.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
