Trust Your Intuition: What Does it Mean to Have Primary Wisdom?
Do you ever feel like you have an inner knowing that leads you to make the right decisions, even when logic tells you otherwise? That’s a sign of your primary wisdom and intuition. But what does it mean to have primary wisdom, and how do we learn to trust our intuition? This blog post explores the power of trusting our intuition and why it is vital to recognize our own inner knowing.
What is Primary Wisdom?
Primary wisdom is an innate form of intelligence that transcends any book knowledge or intellect. A higher-level awareness guides us in making decisions and taking action. This intuitive knowledge goes beyond logical thinking, allowing us to access information from our subconscious minds and the universe.
It can be difficult for some people to trust their intuition because they are used to relying on facts and figures as opposed to feelings. But the truth is, when we listen deeply enough, our intuition will always point us in the right direction if we allow ourselves to be open to it.
Learning How To Trust Your Intuition
Learning how to trust your intuition requires patience and practice. Start by setting aside time each day for quiet reflection. Meditation is a profound way to clear your mind so that you can hear your inner voice more clearly without all the clutter from daily life getting in the way. Once you start connecting with yourself through meditation, begin journaling about what comes up for you during those moments of stillness. Over time, if you stay consistent with these practices, patterns will appear that reveal what resonates most deeply with your soul … your primary wisdom!
Another way to increase your connection with your intuition is by paying attention to the physical sensations in your body. For example, suppose something feels heavy or constricted in your chest or stomach area. In that case, chances are it’s not aligned with what’s best for you … no matter how logical it seems on paper! On the other hand, if something feels expansive and peaceful in those areas instead, chances are good that it’s an indication of alignment with what serves you highest at this time in life.
These physical cues, over time, become second nature when we pay attention to them. Eventually, we don’t need the extra validation because we already know what feels right and what doesn’t.
Your primary wisdom is always within reach. However, sometimes, outside distractions can make it difficult for us to tap into this magical source of guidance and insight about life’s most important questions and challenges. When we take time out of our busy days for self-reflection using tools such as meditation and journaling. As well as paying attention to physical sensations within our bodies throughout the day, trusting our intuition/gut instinct becomes easier!
The key is staying consistent with these practices over time so that trusting our own intuitive knowing becomes second nature! Start recognizing today just how powerful
having “primary wisdom” can be! Letting go of any doubts or fears along the way … opens a whole new world full of possibilities!
Remember: You already possess all the answers within yourself; now go out there & trust them!
