Five Benefits of Clutter Clearing
As I was clutter clearing our home office space this morning, I started to feel happier, less distracted and could focus better. Then I began to think about all the benefits clutter clearing has on my life. I noticed a sense of calm and clarity come over me as I filed paperwork, shredded documents, and put everything back where it belonged.
Our office felt more spacious, even though it’s a small room. After I finished and returned to the office, I breathed better there. I’m highly allergic to dust mites and pet dander.
Clearing all the clutter and cleaning improved the air quality and, in turn, reduced my allergic reactions. I was feeling happier and calmer. And I saved money; I found items that I was going to going to order online! This morning was an overall win-win!
